- Own pre-construction activities including engineering design input, technical review and constructability checks
Lead grid/NC applications, coordinate planning requirements where applicable, and oversee health & safety planning and documentation - Ensure projects are fully de-risked prior to mobilisation with clear design, scope and responsibilities agreed
- Standardise designs, documentation and technical processes to reduce errors, delays and rework
- Design, implement and continuously improve operational processes to support growth and scalability
- Work with internal systems (ERP/project tracking tools) to improve visibility, cost control, forecasting and decision-making
- Develop a repeatable “delivery playbook” to increase project volume without compromising quality or safety
- Use data and metrics to identify bottlenecks, improve cycle times and enhance project profitability
- Provide technical and operational input to Sales on complex/high-value opportunities and support bids with realistic delivery plans and risk identification
Challenge scope, programme or commercial terms where they risk safety, quality or margin

- Confident decision-maker able to balance speed, quality and risk, and to challenge stakeholders when needed
- Highly organised, structured and detail-oriented, with strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment where processes are evolving
