Salary: £60,000 per annum
Hybrid work included (depending on workload)
If you’re passionate about children’s residential care and you thrive in a leadership role that makes a real difference, this newly created opportunity is for you.
Our client is investing in leadership development and internal progression, and they’re now hiring Regional Support Managers to provide high-level support across 7 homes in the North West-helping teams deliver consistent, safe, and therapeutic care.

- Spotting risks early and implementing clear action plans to strengthen services
- Supporting with home registration only in exceptional circumstances (not an initial expectation)
What you’ll bring:

- Extensive leadership experience in children’s residential services, including managing or supporting the management of residential homes
- Strong working knowledge of safeguarding regulations, Ofsted requirements, and relevant legislation
- A solid understanding of therapeutic environments and child-centred care practices
- Proven ability to coach, mentor, and raise standards with empathy and confidence
Additional information:
- Desirable: trauma-informed care and therapeutic approaches
