BTEC & A-Level Business Lecturers (Temporary, Full-Time)
We are currently recruiting for experienced BTEC & A-Level Business Lecturers to join a well-established college in West Yorkshire on a full-time temporary contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Business lecturer who has experience delivering high-quality teaching within the Further Education sector.
Role Details
- Position: Business Lecturer (Both A-Level & BTEC Vacancies)
- Location: West Yorkshire
- Contract: Full-time, Temporary
- Pay Rate: £32.00 - £37.00 per hour (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and effective A-Level or BTEC Business lessons to students of varying abilities.
- Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with awarding body requirements.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to support achievement.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress and assessments.
- Contribute to a positive learning environment that motivates and supports learners to achieve their potential.
Essential Requirements
- Previous experience teaching BTEC or A-Level Business within a Further Education college.
- A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed, DTLLS, or equivalent).
- A relevant degree or recognised qualification in Business or a related subject.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage learners with diverse needs.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
