Operations Processor – Maidstone

Pay Rate: £13.02 per hour

Hours: 3.5–4 hours per day

Shift: Monday to Friday | 16:30 – 20:00

Potential Morning Shift: 07:30 – 09:30

The Role

As an Operations Processor - Maidstone, your responsibilities will include:

• Processing incoming and outgoing parcels
• Scanning parcels using handheld equipment
• Sorting parcels into designated areas
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles
• Moving parcels and stock safely around the warehouse
• Following health and safety procedures
• Working accurately and efficiently to meet daily deadlines
• Carrying out manual handling and lifting duties

The role is physically active and requires candidates to be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be:

• Reliable and punctual
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A good team player
• Able to follow instructions and company procedures
• Detail-oriented and accurate
• Available to work Monday to Friday
• Flexible to work either the main afternoon/evening shift or occasional morning shifts when required

Previous warehouse, parcel sorting, logistics or operations experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
