The Best Connection are recruiting for an Operations Processor to work on an ongoing/temporary basis for DHL based in Copthorne/Crawley Down. The job entails processing all incoming and outgoing shipments in line with DHL compliance procedures and scan shipments. All candidates will be DBS checked and referenced covering last 5 years.

Contract: Ongoing temporary

Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm (20 hours per week)
• Overtime is available
• Attendance on all five days is required.

Pay:

Weekdays:

• £13.02/hour from 8:00 am – 7:00 pm
• £15.82/hour from 7:00 pm – 8:00 am

Saturday:

• £14.24/hour from 8:00 am – 7:00 pm
• £17.04/hour from 7:00 pm – 8:00 am

Sunday:

• £15.29/hour from 8:00 am – 7:00 pm
• £18.09/hour from 7:00 pm – 8:00 am

Bank holiday:

• £19.53/hour from 8:00 am – 7:00 pm
• £19.53/hour from 7:00 pm – 8:00 am

Responsbilities of an Operations Processor:

• Load and unload delivery vehicles.
• Process incoming and outgoing parcels.
• Scan shipments accurately.
• Sort and move stock around the warehouse.
• Follow DHL's compliance and safety procedures.

Requirements of an Operations Processor:

• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable doing heavy lifting.
• Able to work well as part of a team.
• Must pass a DBS check and provide 5 years of references.
