Counterbalance Forklift Driver – CV2, Coventry

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our client based in CV2, Coventry. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a varied role combining warehouse duties with outdoor yard work, with the potential for a permanent position for the right candidate.

Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Temporary with the potential to become permanent

The Role:

• Operating a counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.

• Moving, loading and unloading stock and materials around the site.

• Supporting general warehouse and yard duties as required.

• Working across both indoor and outdoor areas, so you must be comfortable working outside in different weather conditions.

• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.

• Following all site health and safety procedures.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year's counterbalance forklift experience.

• Valid, in-date counterbalance forklift certificates.

• Previous experience working in a warehouse or yard environment would be beneficial.

• Comfortable with a hands-on role involving both forklift driving and general duties.

• Reliable, punctual and able to work well as part of a team.

• Available to start as soon as possible.

What We Offer:
