We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join our busy and growing team in Penrith. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for ongoing work in a fast-paced food production environment.

Job Title: Production Operative

Start Date: Immediate Start

Location: Penrith, Cumbria

Hourly Rate: £13.25 per hour

Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 05:00/06:00 start (38.75 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Working on a production environment
• Assisting with the preparation and production of products such as pies, sausage rolls, soups, and more
• Following all food safety and hygiene standards
• Supporting the wider team to meet daily production targets

What we’re looking for:

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role
• Good reliability and timekeeping
• Previous experience is not essential as full training is provided
• A valid driving licence is required due to the location of the site
