About us
CAT UK Services is a leading provider of finished vehicle services in the UK for new, used and commercial vehicles. Due to recent business growth, they have a requirement for Vehicle Preppers to start in SEPTEMBER 2022 based at their newly built state located at the Rockingham logistics hub.
About the Role
Within the Vehicle Preppers role, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for necessary paint repairs
- Carry out masking procedures
- Sand down & priming panels
- Dismantling vehicles, including detaching panels and bumpers and re-attaching after works
- Carry out buffering and polishing techniques
This is a full time permanent role with the rotating shift pattern:
Shift pattern:
Monday – Friday, rotating 6.00 - 14.00 and 14:00 – 22:00, (37.5h per week)
Pay Rate:
PAYE: £13.52 per hour
Self-employed/Ltd: £15.49 per hour
About You
· All applicants should hold a valid driver’s license with less than 6 penalty points and no DR offences for insurance purposes
· Previous experience within the Automotive sector is essential
