Your responsibilities as a Finance Manager:

• Assist the annual budgeting process and meet key deadlines
• Ensure compliance with financial standards
• Act as a key contact for auditors

About you:
• You hold a degree in Finance or Accounting
• You have 3+ years of experience in a financial controlling or accounting role
• You have experience in managing a team
• You are fluent in English and French; Dutch is a strong asset
• You motivate and guide others, fostering a collaborative team culture
