An innovative organization in the technology and services sector is seeking a Sales Effectiveness & Operations Analyst to join its growing team in Madrid.
This role plays a key part in enhancing sales performance, optimizing commercial processes, and supporting strategic business decisions through data-driven insights. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between sales, finance, and senior management, providing visibility into sales performance, forecasting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.

Support sales leadership in designing and tracking KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports.

Lead initiatives to improve sales forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning.

Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and business operations teams to align commercial strategies.

Drive continuous improvement in sales tools, CRM usage, and reporting processes.

Provide insights and recommendations that contribute to the company’s commercial excellence and revenue growth.
Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Analytics, or Revenue Operations, ideally in a technology-driven or B2B environment.

Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.

Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics).

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
