Food Production Operative (Raw Poultry) – Scunthorpe
£13.00–£14.50 per hour | Weekly pay (Fridays) | Temp-to-perm opportunity

Gi Group is recruiting Food Production Operatives to work for 2 Sisters Food Group at their site in Scunthorpe. This is a hands-on role in a chilled production environment involving raw poultry handling.

Pay

• £13.00–£14.50 per hour 
• Overtime available (rates/thresholds to be confirmed)

Working Hours / Shifts Available

Monday to Saturday – rotating shift pattern (full shift):

• Week 1: AM (includes Saturday) – 06:00–14:30
• Week 2: PM – 14:30–23:00

Family-friendly / flexible options also available (subject to availability):

• Short shifts: 06:00–10:00 and 18:00–23:00
• Fixed days available (agreed at start and consistent each week)

What you’ll be doing

• Processing and handling raw chicken in a chilled production area
• Following food safety and hygiene standards
• Working to speed and quality targets in a fast-paced environment

What we’re looking for

• Good attention to detail and reliability
• Comfortable working in a chilled environment and handling raw produce
• No experience required – full training provided
• You’ll be allocated a shift pattern on day 1 and remain on that pattern
