The Company
A global bank that is one of the worlds largest in their field and a business that can offer exceptional opportunities for career progression is now looking to recruit a VP for their Middle Office.
The Role
Reporting into the Head of Equities, you will become a product expert across a variety of product lines including Cash Equity, Synthetic Equity, Prime Brokerage, Client Services and Stock Loan and bring about continuous improvement in service offering, productivity enhancements and efficiency gains. You will also offer training for specific roles and guidance in systems issues. In addition, you will cover for any Operational VPs, managing their teams in their absence, providing robust KPI and MI reporting to Senior Management and coaching and motivating where required.
The Person
This role is ideally suited to an experienced Middle Office Manager (VP) who is looking to develop a career in project management. You will have strong staff management experience and ideally some project management exposure and this will almost certainly have been gained in an Investment Banking environment. Whilst relevant product experience would be advantageous it is certainly not essential.
