Duties Summary
- Report to the project manager. Fully responsible for the design of the structure of the project, responsible for the project management of the structural discipline, responsible for planning and design structural scheme of offshore platform topside modules and jackets and FPSO topside modules, responsible for the review of the discipline design work and the delivery of design documents.
Job Description
- Perform the structural design accordance with the requirements of the project contract and project management;
- Perform the discipline management of design work, including but not limited: progress manament, quality control, manpower and cost management, risk identification and control;
- Responsible for review and evaluation the technical clauses in project contract related with structural discipline, and responsible the management and control of work scope of structural discipline;
- Responsible for interface management of structural discipline;
- Responsible for planning structural scheme, review and evaluation the construction scheme of structure module;
- Responsible for organization of the technical review of structural scheme and construction scheme, participate in the project review and report the structure design work;
- Responsible the delivering of structural design documents: such as specifications, reports， datasheets, drawings, MTO,requisions;
- Reply the technical issues；
- Attending in bid evaluation and clarification of equipment and facilities, supplier drawing review and production inspection, which are related to structural discipline；
- Prepare discipline technical proposals;
- Cooperate and communicate with associated disciplines;
- Perform other work required by the project team.
