Electrical Engineer (EEE) Al Ain, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities
- All related production, clean room, laboratory and facilities equipment and systems
- Create maintenance planning and implement execution
- Create project plans and execute, monitor and control
- Client contact and Work Order follow-up
- Check / Monitor / Inspect your team for:
- Time attendance registration for your team on daily base (Admin will provide templates and process the data)
- Leave and over time coordination
- Monitoring the performance of your team members
- Time registration & absence
- Execution of all work orders to quality standards and update in CMMS system.
- Escalate when areas of risk are identified.
- Guide the work & take over process during shift change and at the start and end of each general shift.
- Brief technical staff on critical or priority work and hold tool box talks daily.
- Control usage of tools
- Be the central point of distribution of reactive work orders as they are generated.
- Ensure that the relevant PPM work orders are done and not delayed.
- Ensure that contractors are working within the correct health and safety policies and procedures of the site, and ensure good housekeeping.
- Mentor and train technical staff, provide technical support and best practices.
