- review Welding and NIII' Documentation issued by the Contractor, Subcontractors and Vendors, with the support of the Major Projecß Welding Engineer.
- Monitor welding consumables management by Contractor including consumable test report (MTRs).
- Review and approved the different inspection reports issued by the Contractor.
- Witness welding procedures qualification and welder ability qualifications.
- Follow up the welding and NDE activities of jackets and insure proper records (welding DE/inspection records follow-up).
- Review and interpret all or radiography films in addition to the third party interpretation.
- Perform UT Cross Check on critical welds.
- Monitoring NDI' subcontractor and Contractor inspectors qualification and performance.
- Identification and follow-up of any Non Confort-nance (NCRs).
- -troubleshoot technical problems that may affect the construction and liaise with the !Vt4jor Projects Welding F.n ineer for the resolution.
- Identify the critical activities and bottleneck for the progress related LO welding. Anticipate: propose solutions to improve welder's productivity and quality performance.
