Job Title: Bilingual Technical Support Representative
Type: Contract to possible perm
Start Date: ASAP Location: Any location – will be working from home
Duration: 3 month contract with possibility of going to perm
Hours/Week: 37.5
Our client has an urgent opportunity for a Bilingual Technical Support Representative to join our growing team to provide excellent service to our customers’ client’s across Canada.
Responsibilities:
-Providing Tech Support for our clients on Pinpads, Laptops, Desktops, Printers
-Answering questions from Technicians and Customers
-Assign calls not pushed by the system that are due today.
-Resolve client and technician escalations.
-Create, Monitor and book new calls
-Monitor technician's schedules and provide updates
Knowledge, Skills, and/or Abilities Required:
-Strong PC repair experience
-Recognized degree in computer repair or equivalent work experience
-Excellent communication skills in both English and French
-Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize
-Ability to work as a team and independently
-Excellent decision making skills, critical thinking
-High proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
