Essential Skills:

Desirable Skills:
- Six Sigma Master Black Belt
- Utilities industry experience
Day to day role:
As Strategic Change Manager you will be instrumental in the leadership and development of colleagues, responsible for training and coaching with regards to change methodologies as well as embedding continuous improvement culture into operational areas and then through the organisation. You will be expected to effectively carry out root cause analysis, lean reviews and value stream mapping to determine and prioritise improvement opportunities as well as managing others to ensure that improvements are implemented correctly and sustained.

Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 p/a
