As the ideal candidate, you will be:
Customer service focused, a people person that loves to sell
Enthusiastic & hardworking with a can do attitude, leading by example
A successful ASM/DM/Senior Sup with proven track record of success
Motivated & ambitious and able to lead by example to motivate your team
Proactive and love a fast moving environment
Great at task management
Able to soak up knowledge, understand numbers and able to drive the store forward
Your responsibilities will include:
Reporting to and assisting the Store Manager
Day to day running of a large store, aiming to get it right 1st time
Ensuring the team deliver excellent service and results, training and coaching where it is required
Assisting the SM in achieving company KPI's
Delivering exceptional standards in store presentation, stock control, shrinkage, training and administration and most importantly - Customer service!
The starting salary will be from £20k - £24k and is reviewed throughout your career
