Salary: GBP450 - GBP550 per day

JavaScript Developer – React.JS/Node.JS/UI – Central London

JavaScript Developer required to work for a leading client in Central London. This role will involve building and integrating key components of a critical identity and authorisation platform. They are looking for an experienced JavaScript developer with strong React and Node development experience and a UI design background.

Skills required,

  • Extensive JavaScript Development experience
  • High level React.JS Developer experience
  • Strong experience of working of with Node.JS
  • UX/UI design background
  • Experience building web apps with JS/ES6 and React.js
  • Excellent working knowledge of modern development platforms and methodologies, i.e. API gateways, SSR, CSS in JSX (Glamorous), cloud and serverless infrastructure
  • Solid knowledge of the latest JavaScript frameworks
  • Experience of working with Node.JS
  • Understanding of security protocols, including OAuth 2.0 and OpenID, digital certificates & writing applications that consume HTTP-based RESTful APIs
  • Experience of consuming and interacting with APIs secured by OAuth2 and OpenID
  • Background of using best software design patterns and development practices in frontend web application design
  • Practical knowledge of UI build toolchain: Babel, Parcel, Webpack, or similar, CSS pre-processors: SASS, Stylus, or similar
  • Experience turning user feedback into wireframes and wireframes into code
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills
