Risk Manager/Process Manager – Change Management/Operational Risk – Burton-on-Trent
Risk Manager required to work for a leading client based in Burton-on-Trent. You will come on board to be responsible for the delivery and improvement of the Change, Risk and Release Management functions; including process amendment, creation and management.
Key Skills Required,
- Extensive Operational Risk Management experience
- Strong background in Change and Release Management
- Excellent IT experience within a large, growing, multi-channel organisation
- Strong background of working in detailed environments where process control is critical to successful outcomes
- Experience working under pressure, on multiple projects as leader or subject matter expert
- Ability to deliver complex projects requiring in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas
- Solid Stakeholder and 3rd Party Supplier management experience
- Able to develop and deliver awareness and training sessions to small and medium size groups
- Prince2 Practitioner Certification
- ITIL Foundation Certification is desirable
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
