Dyson customer service specialist French (DSN) Barcelona, Spain

Salary: EUR0 - EUR15000 per annum + 3600 performance Bonus

Conditions and job description: 

  • Possible Start Date: ASAP 2018 - We expect the agent selected to be available to start on that specific date
  • Salary is 15.000 and a bonus up to 3.600 if you reach your target (before tax)
  • Contract: 4 months then Obra y Servicio
  • Working Hours –Mon - Fri (08:00 - 20:00) & Sat (9:00 - 18:00) you also need to be available to work during bank holidays.
  • Languages skills –French native level with some English understanding  

 Job Description: 

  • Answering telephone and email enquiries from Customers
  • Logging and follow up of Customer Information and issues
  • Delivering high caliber Customer Service
  • Cross-selling and up-selling
