International Marketing Manager
Location: Oxfordshire, England
A leading Oxfordshire based Educational publisher is looking for a Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategy across the international business.
Reporting to the International Marketing Director, the Marketing Manager plays an important role in marketing internationally focused products directly to schools and via agents and distributors. This role is focused on developing, implementing and analysing robust marketing plans aimed at retaining, recruiting and engaging the market as well as generating revenue. The role also supports the needs of various sales managers across the UK, Rights and Export. In this varied and exciting role, responsibilities will include: the production of a fully costed annual marketing campaign plan (including digital, content & social media plan, customer contact plan and website update plan); to develop and oversee production of the Catalogues; to organise international exhibition/trade show attendance and content; and work closely with other departments (including editorial, US Marketing and overseas partners) to ensure that product information and marketing materials are shared.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive, customer-focused individual with solid direct marketing experience within the international educational publishing sphere. With excellent organization and communication skills, you will be a creative and ideas-oriented team-player with strong copy-writing skills and the ability to interpret and act on campaign analysis. Knowledge and usage of Spirit, SalesForce, Pardot and Dotmailer would be an advantage but is not essential.
