Strategy and Performance Management Analyst (J000015) Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

We are currently looking for a Strategy and Performance Management Analyst with proven experience in the nuclear field, to support in the areas of Reporting including planning, risk and issue management, resource monitoring, cost management and control, and stakeholder engagement for our client Nawah Energy Company for its Barakah project, under the following conditions:

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in General Management, Business Administration, Engineering Management, Project Management Certification or similar.
  • CAPM or equivalent
  • Proven nuclear experience
  • Vocational qualifications "IELTS/TOEFL" with the grade of minimum 100 in TOEFL or minimum Grade 5.5 in IELTS.
  • Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Reporting
  • Project, Program & Portfolio Management
  • First-hand Understanding of Project Management tools and techniques.
  • High level of proficiency with information technology and MS word, Excel
  • High and effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiar with Health and Safety Environment
  • Able to operate in a multicultural, multinational work environment.

The scope of work is as follows:

Key Activities and Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure reports are produced on time
    1. Work with various stakeholders and tools to collect and collate all reporting information as directed
    2. Validate the narratives provided in said reports with functional and senior leadership groups
    3. Ability to translate adhoc requests for information and develop required reports/presentations in time bound environment
  2. Work with Vendor on Corporate Performance Management Automation (CPMA) project:
    1. Specifically working with Corporate Development team to identify KPI owners and develop KPI profile sheet
    2. Test CPMA tool in development environment
    3. Develop and deliver training (alongside vendor) to system users
  3. Develop communication plan for upcoming strategy roll out + 2019 Performance Contract
  4. Business case follow up work
  5. Business plan rework
  6. Develop plan for 2020-2025 strategy and business planning kick off (Feb 2019)
  7. Enhance Enterprise Performance Management with cost center view of the world
  8. Assisting with content development for 2018 Annual Report 9, Help with the following:
  9. Procedure rewrites
    1. Internal audit findings
    2. Self-assessment work
    3. Provide general administrative support to all members of Corporate Development team as and when required including supporting recurring meetings with Agenda creation and minute documentation.
