With over 360 staff at its 12 schools, the HPSD currently has four schools located in Slave Lake and four schools located in High Prairie with additional educational facilities situated in Kinuso, Joussard, Donnelly and Falher.

High Prairie School Division No.48 requires a self-motivated and self-directed individual to work as a Secretary/Receptionist at their Central Office. Your goal will be to prioritize a complex workload for 6 members of Executive Council.

To qualify, you must be proficient using computers (MS Word, Publisher, Excel) and possess outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills. You are highly skilled at handling/maintaining confidential information and you have experience booking/organizing travel.

Preference will be given to candidates who possess a Secretarial Certificate and employment is contingent on an acceptable Criminal Record check (less than 6 months old).

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will be rewarded with an attractive salary package of $36,250 - $45,037 based on experience.
