Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in computer sciences or equivalent
Experience Requirements:
5+ years of experience in IT project execution
Trained and preferably certified as PMP or equivalent
Strong knowledge of Networks and Telecom technologies, IT infrastructure and Application Architectures
Additional qualifications in Information Security, IT Systems, IT Networking will be an added advantage
Accountabilities:
Leads one to few IT projects with a delineated scope of work executed within a finite timeframe in a low to medium complexity context.
Has accountability for related projects over scope definition, execution plan, cost, schedule, design, build, and contractual deliverables
Ensure project delivery on-time, within scope, within budget, and proper quality
Job Dimensions:
Although no subordinate, require strong coordination skills to book and mobilize resource according to plan
Often involve problem solving and conflict resolution between the different stakeholders
Each project would involve:
- 2 to 10 internal participants and 2 to 10 external participants
- A budget of less than 1M US$
- Span over less than 12 months
Job Role & Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Carries out detailed requirements analysis and sizing of project team; ensure resource availability and allocation
Developing project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders; report and escalate to management as needed
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Intensive and challenging relationship with stakeholders internal (business lines) and external (the Company’s shareholders)
