1.Assist customers and/or colleagues in troubleshooting and repairing P&H equipment in a timely manner. 2.Assist and train customers and MinePro Service Technicians in the maintenance of P&H equipment. 3.Assist with the validation of P&H product applications prior to formal product release. 4.Provide technical expertise and support for P&H technology products and their specific applications. This includes initial troubleshooting and problem solving for technology products in the field. 5.Learn new technology as it relates to technology products as they are developed. 6.Take ownership of regional installations of technology products and electrical machine commissionings. 7.Instruct, train, and evaluate MinePro technicians as required by the needs of the business. 8.Provide critical information and feedback to Milwaukee Engineering regarding product performance and integrity. 9.Provide professional technical support for documentation and training products. 10.Conduct technical discussions with customers, supervisors/managers and colleagues. 11.Plan and track jobs. Order materials needed for jobs. 12.Must work well under pressure, meet multiple and competing deadlines. 13.Must have cooperative behavior with colleagues, supervisors/managers, and customers at all times.
