Shift: Monday – Friday 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
Pay Rate: $12.75/hour
Contract: 12 months

What you would do:

You will install the correct components to assemble a switchboard by referring to diagrams and blueprints.
You will work from manufacturing information such as front views, bill of materials, drawings, blueprints, order entry systems, and oral or written instructions in order to assemble switchboards and proactively identify missing components.
You will utilize various hand tools and a tape measure to accurately measure and install material by closely following established procedures for completing the assigned function.
You will be responsible for the quality, including visual inspections of the material before and after assembly, identifying nonconforming parts, and troubleshooting errors.
You will effectively communicate and work with members of a team to complete work assignments and meet safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity goals.

What you need to succeed:

High school diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution.
At least 6 months of related experience in a manufacturing environment
