Perform first Piece, in process inspections and End of Run verification. Final Audit as necessary. Verify process parameters. Ensure that all documentation is accurate and match set up the process. Ensure gauging is correct and operators are trained on the use of the measurements equipment. Operate CMM, micrometers, height gauges, harness tester and caliper and inspection gauges. Update press status board. Stop production based upon Quality inspections. Perform Green dot inspection. Create NCR and follow up non-conforming material disposition. Create sort instructions. Follow applicable IATF 16949 standard. Generally perform all other duties as required.
