Are you looking for an exciting local opportunity in the Putnam County area? Manpower of WV is seeking a production team leader for a regional employer in Frazier’s Bottom, WV.

Job Duties:
All of the production team members tasks (Assembly work on an assembly line, parts supply at assembly machines, complete daily tasks at each assembly line complete necessary paperwork, take assembled goods to the inventory area, organize each work place daily)
PLUS:
• Various production inspections
• Cancel machine’s frequency stops
• Input production related data
• Deal with production related documents
• Daily pre-inspections
• Train new production team members
• Production supporting work, such as parts supplies, changeover, move containers or pallets etc.
• Report any work related information to supervisor
• Ensure adherence to company procedures and policies
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental requirements
• Perform production GL duties when GL is absent
• May perform other duties as required

Job Requirements:
Minimum requirement of either a high school diploma or GED AND has at least one year experience at a manufacturing company.
• Lifting up to 50 pounds
• Standing for the duration of the shift
• Strong numerical skills
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good team work skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Demonstrated supervisory and leadership skills in a manufacturing environment
