Housekeeper

Are you looking for an exciting local opportunity in the Huntington area? Manpower of WV is seeking Housekeepers for a regional employer in the Huntington area. A Housekeeper provides cleaning services and attends facilities with integrity and attention to detail.

Job Duties:
Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting and polishing
Ensure all rooms/equipment are cared for and inspected according to standards
Protect equipment and make sure there are no inadequacies
Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances
Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Ability to bend, stoop, or stand for long periods of time
Other tasks as assigned

Requirements for Consideration:
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs regularly
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance
GED/High School Diploma Required
Candidates must be able to successfully pass a Federal/State background check and a pre-employment drug test
