Manpower is hiring for Material Attendants for a manufacturing company, located in East Syracuse. Each position will offer full-time hours, Monday-Friday with the possibility of overtime available. 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift options are available. These positions will be 3-4 months long in tenure with a possibility of longer employment options for the right candidate(s).

What will I do?



Performs a variety of routine tasks to receive, store, and disburse materials, parts and supplies
Determines stock locations and rearranges stock for best utilization of space
Fills requisitions from inventory by prioritizing orders, identifying items, packaging orders, and recording transactions to maintain inventory records
Responsible for the accuracy of inventory records of assigned area. Utilizes hand and power vehicles to move material
Reviews, verifies, and inspects materials for damage


What do I need to have to succeed at this job?



Desire to learn and positive attitude is a must
Previous warehouse and/or manufacturing experience is helpful
Commitment to be on-time and reliable each day
Be able to stand, bend and lift 25-40 lbs for duration of the shift each day
Resume/Work history for review and consideration


Pay/Hours:

1st shift: $13.48/hour Hours: 6am-2:30pm

2nd shift: $14.05/hour Hours: 2:30pm-11:00pm

3rd shift: $14.83/hour Hours: 10:30pm-7:00am
