Financial Analyst

Experis has a great opportunity for a Financial Analyst in the Charlotte, NC area.

Job Responsibilities:
Perform month end data analyses and reporting
Develop, coordinate, analyze and review all budgets
Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
Present analyses and recommendations to senior management
Assist Finance Director with Ad Hoc Project



Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration is required
Excellent skills with MS Excel, MS Access, and MS PowerPoint are required
The ability to analyze and communicate variances to management is required to be successful in this position, as well as, the ability to identify and implement process improvements
Strong written communication skills, along with clear and concise verbal skills, are required
