Production Worker
Our Caribou-based client, a rapidly-growing global leader in the development and supply of high-quality, in-demand products, is now seeking a Production Worker to join their team through Manpower!

What’s in it for you?
Full time, temp-to-hire employment at a leading local company
8-12 weeks of on-the-job training provided (training is conducted on a 1st shift 7am-3:30pm schedule)
$11-12/hour DOE, and weekly pay
2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm Monday-Friday) and 3rd shift (11pm-7am Sunday-Thursday) schedules available

What will you be doing?
Operating a manual press or hand press to form parts
Visually and manually inspecting products
Maintaining inventory in a climate-controlled storage setting
Working with a team to meet production goals

What will you bring to the job?
Mechanical inclination
Prior related experience preferred, but not required
Good manual dexterity
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to work well with a team
Ability to successfully complete a drug screen according to federal guidelines
