

Integrated Project Services is looking for a Shipping Qualification Program Analyst to work on-site with our client in Fort Washington, PA or Skillman, NJ.
The purpose of this role is to support the development and execution of a transportation shipping lane qualification/temperature mapping program for our client. Specifically, the candidate will collaborate with QA, R&D, and various supply chain functions to develop a protocol for mapping temperature ranges that products may encounter throughout the supply chain. The candidate will play a critical role in executing the temperature mapping studies, developing a process to analyze the collected data, and establishing processes and procedures to facilitate temperature mapping studies on an ongoing basis. Initiatives/tasks could include but are not limited to the following;
Participate in regular cross functional team meetings to ensure that key milestones are met
Identify and consolidate existing, relevant data for integration into the mapping program, as applicable, and conduct a gap analysis
Translate program requirements into a temperature mapping protocol
Participate in the selection of a 3rd party to support the execution of the mapping program
Oversee the execution of the mapping studies and collection of data, following the lane prioritization outlined by our client.
Develop procedures with the origin and destination sites and the transportation services providers (carriers) to assure accurate and timely collection of data
Create an analytical tool and process to assimilate data into lane profiles for use by various functions
Other tasks as assigned. This position will be responsible to ensure quality and compliance in all actions by attending GMP training on the schedule designated for this role.
Other training may be required on an ongoing basis.
Education:
Minimum of a B.S. and 5 years of experience in Packaging Engineering, Transportation/Shipping Qualification, or a related discipline is required
Experience/Technical Competencies:
Experience in writing technical documentation and procedures is required. Previous experience conducting temperature mapping studies or shipping qualification studies is strongly preferred. Experience as a technical lead on projects is preferred. Experience with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and/or Over the Counter Pharmaceuticals (OTCs) is strongly preferred. Experience working within a GMP-regulated environment is preferred.
Job Knowledge/Skillsets:
Working experience in a cross functional, fast-paced environment is required. A highly motivated individual with strong technical, analytical and interpersonal skills and the ability to partner effectively across functions and levels is required. There may be a requirement to travel to manufacturing sites or distribution centers during the execution of the mapping studies.
