On-Site Manager-Staffing

We are seeking a motivated On-Site manager for a well-respected local client.
The candidate selected for this position would be responsible for motivating associates on-site, going over production expectations and ensuring that we are meeting client needs for short-term, large scale warehouse projects. Between projects this candidate will also be responsible for recruiting and assessing potential applicants for future projects and seeking out ways to improve processes.
The individual selected for this position must possess experience in client and associate management with particular strength in coaching associates to success. Warehouse supervisory experience strongly desired.
This is a fast paced opportunity for an organized and outgoing individual to work independently to manage the success of the team! This is a primarily day shift position, but individual must be flexible to cover off-shift hours during peak project times as needed.
