Project Manager Summary:

Signature Consultants is seeking a Project Manager for an opportunity in Pennington, NJ. The Project Manager role involves assisting on projects that support digital marketing. He or she will be working with websites, video and social media.

Responsibilities:

• Understand the needs of business partners to develop and implement programs and projects
• Work cooperatively with multiple partners within the organization, including Digital Marketing, Field Marketing, Product Marketing and Compliance
• Work with Digital Marketing through the integration of online resources and digital components designed to educate and communicate to Financial Advisors and clients
• Updates to our public, client and internal websites
• Partner with various business lines and segments for a cohesive message and streamlined process
• Support our social media channels such as YouTube, LinkedIn and Twitter

Qualifications:

• Have an understanding of websites and social media
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment with rapid response to timely market fluctuations and news
• Strong emphasis on risk management and compliance
• Well versed with Excel, Powerpoint and Sharepoint
• Technical understanding of HTML/CSS and building web and media content
• Experience using traffic analytical tools like Google Analytics and identifying KPIs
• Experience in social media marketing (LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube)
• Intermediate Photoshop skills
• Experience with marketing calendaring tools such as Opal is a plus
• Experience working with marketing departments of large organizations and understanding their workflow
• Exposure to marketing compliance and auditing
• Self-motivator, well organized and possess a positive attitude
• 2+ years equivalent team experience
• Attention to detail and process
• Deep knowledge of HTML/CSS and graphics design a plus
• Strong ability to work with business partners and technology personnel
• Strong ability to manage priorities in a deadline-driven environment
• Strong communicator across various lines of business and levels of leadership
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel proficient with analytics a plus
