This position provides an exciting and challenging opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced Claims Operations Center Our Customer Service Call Representatives provide a high level of customer care in every interaction. Entry exposure includes Assisting Customer on live calls, position can grow within the Claims Department. We are looking for individuals who will excel in customer service, directly impacting our customer's claim experience and ultimately the company's overall success

In this initial role you will be responsible to take calls from beneficiaries regarding life insurance claims - respond to inquiries and provide assistance with a positive and compassionate approach - while taking information from the customer in a accurate professional manner.

- College degree and/or prior customer service experience
- Have ability to provide professional positive interactions with customers.
- Must posses excellent verbal and listening skills
- Desire to assist others and provide quality customer service
- Computer Proficiency required.
- Must be detailed oriented to provide accurate results
- Must possess solid judgement in daily decision making
