Castle Industrial are recruiting for an experienced Multi Drop Driver to join the expanding team of a growing successful manufacturing company based on the outskirts of Scarborough, North Yorkshire on a temporary - permanent basis.
The Role
The purpose of this post is to work within a wider logistics goods handling team to ensure that a good service is provided internally to other departments as well as to customers delivering products nationwide. (No overnight stays are required for this role)
To be considered for this role you will:
- Hold a valid CPC card
- Have a full clean driving licence C1 + C1E
- Experience of tachograph management - digitachos
- Have 3 years previous driving experience of 7.5 tonne vehicles
- Excellent customer service skills
- Have the ability to manually handle a variety of products ranging in size and weight, this is a very physically demanding role.
- Have a flexible approach to your work as you will when not required for driving duties you will be working on the shop floor assisting the team as required
