Castle Industrial and Construction are looking for a Mill Operator for a manufacturing business based in the Malton area.
The key responsibilities for the position are:
- Producing High Quality Agricultural products
- Both in bulk and small ‘bespoke’ orders
- Accurately recording production data
Requirements:
- The ideal candidate will have previous experience of working in a similar environment with an understanding of agriculture.
- IT Skills
- Agricultural engineering background.
- Must have a hands-on approach to work
- Must have a flexible approach to work due to varied shift patterns
- A valid FLT certificate is desirable but not essential as training can be provided.
- Due to location own transport required.

- The Hourly rate of pay is between £7.50 per hour - £8.50 per hour plus a generous shift premium
