Stores Assistant (BK3106) Scarborough, England

Castle Industrial and Construction are currently recruiting an experienced stores person for our client based on the outskirts of Scarborough.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a manufacturing stores environment ideally with SAP experience but must possess strong IT skills, although not essential for this role a valid counterbalance FLT license or Pallet Truck License is desirable.
Typical duties will include;
- Issuing stock from stores to the production line booking out stock on database
- Receiving goods inward and book completed deliveries onto database
- Allocating all goods in to correct area in stores
- Cross check purchase orders and report any stock anomalies
- Complete daily and end of month stock takes
- Contacting customers regarding orders placed
Hours: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.00pm (Some flexibility will be required around these hours depending on the business demands)
Pay: £7.85 per hour
