THE POSITION:
Castle Hospitality division are recruiting for an Experienced Chef Cuisine for a local unique hospitality client based in the Whitby, North Yorkshire area. Our client is looking for a competent Chef with ideally experience in Middle Eastern Cuisine. Training can be given in these area’s for the ideal candidate who has Chef experience and are looking for a challenge in the beautiful seaside location of Whitby.
Responsibilities:
• You must be able to demonstrate and create exciting menus to help compete with local competition.
• Produce high quality food every service.
• Preferably you will have experience with a minimum of 60 covers per services.
• To ensure all compliance with food hygiene, health and safety and cleanliness of the kitchen and stores areas.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
• Proven Chef experience in an established restaurant.
• Middle Eastern Cuisine experience preferred but not essential
• Average Covers 20/80
• Good Organiser
