Job Title: Skilled Machine Operatives

Location: East Yorkshire

Salary: £8.03 per hour - £12.00 per hour plus weekly shift premium

Contract Type: Temp - Perm

Castle Industrial and Construction are looking for experienced skilled Machine Operatives for a company based in the East Yorkshire area, an industry leading specialist manufacturer of vacuum formed plastic components who due to continued expansion are growing their existing team across all shifts.

As a Machine Operative, you will be required to;

• Do initial machine set up and run as per production schedule
• Cover machines in all areas of production, full training will be provided
• Work to strict production deadlines adhering to all SOP

To be successful you will;

• Have previous machine operative experience, ideally from a manufacturing or engineering background
• Have a keen eye for detail
• Strong IT skills
• Be familiar with lean manufacturing techniques
• Flexible and adaptable approach to work to cover all areas of production on completion of training

Shifts and Pay Rates

Day Shift 6.00am – 6.00pm Monday to Thursday £8.03ph plus a weekly shift premium of £45

Night Shift 6.00pm – 6.00am Monday to Thursday £8.03ph plus a weekly shift premium of £90
