Castle Hospitality and Catering division are looking for a senior front of house supervisor so join an exciting team on a new venture. You will report directly to the manager, however will be without supervisor for the majority of time.

Serving Customers
Meeting and greeting customers
Dealing with complaints
Supporting new members of staff
Training Staff
Ensuring rotas are complete and monitored inline with seasonal influx
Requirements
Supervisor experience is essential
Strong hospitality background
Enjoys being in a fast paced customer service role
