FULL TRAINING GIVEN 

Castle Hospitality and Cleaning division is looking for additional activity instructors to add to a growing team, ready for the 2018 season. You will be working with both children and adults in this rewarding, fun and exciting role throughout the season. You will be responsible for various activities such as archery, fencing and canoeing for all ages groups. The main part of this role is to teach and interact with the customers to ensure they have the best experience possible. Full training will be given around all the activities, you just need to have a passion for sport, enjoying working with children and adults and have a fun, can-do, flexible approach to the role. 

Responsibilities 

• To demonstrate and teach both children and adults various different activities
• Ensure all safety procedures are followed at all times
• Supervise groups around the games, provide safety briefings and assist in the setting up and packing away of equipment
• Covering reception when needed, answering phones and dealing with any questions or queries 
• Cash handeling
• Interacting with people of all ages provided an engaging session regardless of age or size of group
• Working both inside and out side in all weather

Requirements 

• Full training is provided for this position 
• This role would suit energetic, enthusiastic and sociable people, who have a passion for the outdoors and/or sports and a good sense of fun.
• Confident in leading and communicating with people
• Qualification in sport or similar is advantageous
• Previous experience working a similar role is beneficial 
• You would need to commit to working some weekends 
• Driver may be required due to location and working hours
• A DBS is required for the role. The company will pay for an advanced DBS check once the role has been accepted
