Castle Hospitality and Cleaning division are looking for a cook/chef that thrives in a fast paced kitchen. This is an exciting position that offers full time hours working 11am-9m working 5 days over 7 with overtime available. We are looking for someone that is experienced cooking under pressure, ensuring large numbers of covers are served in a timely manner.
Responsibilities
- Working as park of a team to achieve a large number of covers
- Working in all departments of the kitchen including the grill, friers, hot plate, starters and desserts
- To ensuring all food is going out well presented
- Cooking the correct quantities to minimise wastage
- Follow all health and safety and food hygiene legislation
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a fast paced kitchen
- Confident working under pressure
- Driver required due to location unless live locally
- Qualifications in food hygiene, cookery or similar is advantageous
