Castle Hospitality and Cleaning division are looking for a Accommodation Manager to join a busy team .You will be responsible for ensuring the correct number of staff are booked for each shift depending on how many cottages are booked. You will also be expect to clean with the team when necessary and check cottages to ensure they are up to standard.
Roles and Responsibilities
- To ensure staff are booked for each change over day, taking in to account increased bookings and season trends
- To ensure all staff are trained to a high standard and are confident completed each cottage following the companies guidelines
- To clean with the team during busy periods
- To ensure all the roles are covered including staff working in the linen room
- To check all cottages once they are cleaned ensuring they are ready for when the customers arrive
- To ensure all cottages are completed within the allocated time frame.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a housekeeping manager or supervisor
- Experienced cleaning high end cottages and working to high standards
- Driver may be required due to location
