Castle Industrial and Construction are looking for Production Operatives who are seeking PART TIME HOURS MONDAY TO FRIDAY WITH OVER TIME AVAILABLE!
5 x 4 hour shifts a week in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment with transport provided for shift pattern.

The role is fast paced and based in a food manufacturing environment. As a Production Operative, you will be required to:
- Work in all areas of production including working on the lines processing food.
- Packing finished produce into boxes.
- Labelling stock prior to despatch
To be a successful you will have the following skills and experience:
- Ideally have previous experience of working within a food manufacturing environment.
- Be comfortable working at a fast pace
- Have a flexible approach to working hours
- Be comfortable working in a varying temperature environment
Shift pattern:
5 x 4 hour shifts Monday-Friday, 6am - 10am, ongoing placement, with permanent opportunities
The Client
Our client is a well-established and growing food manufacturer of pre-packed and chilled food products based in Malton and are seeking Production Operatives to join its expanding team.
The business partners directly with many well-known retailers to design, cook and package quality food products. Every day, they cook upwards of 150,000 delicious ready meals based on around 200 different recipes and counting and developing new ones all the time in partnerships with their customers. Their range includes: chilled and ambient ready meals; British, Chinese, Indian, Italian and Vegetarian cuisines, gluten and dairy free products, vegetable accompaniments, sauces and toddler food.
These are genuine temporary to permanent positions for the right candidate on completion of a successful probationary period. In return, you will receive a salary of £7.05-£7.50 per hour and Overtime: up to £15.00 per hour, dependent on age.
