Castle Hospitality and Cleaning division are looking for a front of house assistant based in central Scarborough. Working for a successful independent company you will become part of the catering team. The roles requires the team to work a late shift that may not finish until 5am. However in return you will receive paid breaks, discounted food and the chance to become part of a friendly, vibrant team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- To meet and great customers, as well as approach customers to see if they would like to order any food or drinks.
- To walk to floor, offering great customer service, clearing any empty glasses and plates and taking them back to the bar/kitchen
- To serve both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks behind the bar
- To use the wireless payment method so staff do not have to leave their seat
- To keep the tables and surrounding areas clean at all times
- To take food orders from customers
- To take food to and from the kitchens in a timely manners
Requirements
- To be comfortable working late into the night
- To be flexible either working on the bar, waiting on, serving customers or floor walking
- To be over 18 due to the nature of the business
- Previous hospitality background
