A fantastic opportunity has arisen within an established Restaurant in Scarborough for waiting on staff. Within the role you will be required to deal with a variety of aspects in the day to day running of the restaurant, including:
• Provide excellent customer services that promote customer satisfaction at all times
• Greet customers and present them with the menu
• Make recommendations or share additional information upon request
• Take and serve food/drinks orders and recommend any additional products
• Arrange table settings and ensure tables are clean and tidy at all times
• Check products for quality and correct any issues that may arise
• Deliver bills and collect payments
• Co-operate with all serving and kitchen staff to ensure the smooth running of processes
• Follow all relevant health & safety rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines
• Previous table service waiting on experience preferable
Days and hours you will work:
Friday and Saturday 11:30am to 2:00pm and 6:00pm to 10:30pm
Possibility of extra shifts Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday days and Wednesday, Thursday evenings.
