Hospitality Supervisor 

£8.00 - £9.33

Scarborough 

Castle Hospitality and Cleaning Division are looking for a hospitality supervisor to ensure that all candidates are checked in before any large event. You will be working closely with Castle Employment Agency to ensure that all staff are wearing the correct uniform, arrive to the event on time and feedback any candidates that do not show, to the on call consultant. Once this process has been done you will then be expected to work the waiting on/bar shift once all staff have been allocated a position for the event.

Roles and Responsibilities 

• To check all candidates off a sheet provided by Castle and notify the Castle on call consultant of any changes 
• To ensure all candidates are wearing the correct uniform 
• To ensure all candidates pay for transport when required
• To work on the bar or waiting on staff throughout the duration of the shift
• At the end of the shift ensure all candidates have transport and no one is left behind
• To be a point of call for the Castle Hospitality Consultant to relay any issues or feedback from each event. 

Requirements 

• To have previous experience in the hospitality and catering environment 
• To be comfortable working in a fast paced role 
• To feel confident checking in staff and relaying any changes back to the on call consultant
• To enjoy working within the hospitality sector
